This label was started by Hidenobu Kaneda, manager of the concert coordinating company GK Planning and a musician who heads the group project Yuragi. Test released the work of musicians who contributed to the Japanese independent music scene, whom Kaneda came to know through his work at GK Planning.

The label had not been active since Creativeman Disc., which manufactured and distributed its CDs, discontinued it in 1998; but in 2007, a CD was released on this label.
