This is a subsidiary label of Innocent Records (formerly Zenbei Record), created by guitarist Kazuhisa Uchihashi. In 1996 he started Festival Beyond Innocence, an annual avant-garde/experimental/free improvised music festival in Kobe. The label releases recorded live performances from the festival.
