HOW TO ORDER
To order, e-mail us at cdshop2@japanimprov.com and provide the following information:
Your name, street address, and e-mail address
The titles you want to purchase
The payment method you prefer (see below)
On receiving your order, we will send a confirmation e-mail informing you of the total cost in Japanese yen.
Payment options: bank transfer, COD (cash on delivery), credit card
BANK TRANSFER
A bank transfer can be made to our account at one of the following banks: Mitsui Sumitomo, Tokyo Mitsubishi, UFJ, or Mizuho. If you choose this option, we'll provide the account numbers in our confirmation e-mail. Please be aware that banks charge a commission for transfers.
On receiving notification of payment, we'll ship your order. Notification takes 1 to 3 days.
Orders totaling less than 10,000 yen are sent by regular post. Orders totaling 10,000 yen or over are sent by either Fukuyama Tsuun Parcel Pack 400, Japan Post Expack 500, or Yu-pack. In the case of Yu-pack, we'll ask you to state a preferred delivery time in your confirmation e-mail. The options are: morning (9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon), afternoon (1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.), early evening (5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.), and late evening (7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.).
COD (cash on delivery)
When you receive our confirmation e-mail, send it back to us with the word CONFIRMED at the top. On receipt of this, we'll deliver your order. At the time of delivery, please pay the full amount in cash, plus a commission of 250 yen.
Orders totaling less than 10,000 yen are sent by regular postal COD. In this case, the delivery time cannot be specified. Orders totaling 10,000 yen or over are sent by Yu-pack. In this case, we'll ask you to state a preferred delivery time in your confirmation e-mail. The options are: morning (9:00 a.m.-12:00 noon), afternoon (1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.), early evening (5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m.), and late evening (7:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m.).
CREDIT CARD
We accept the following cards: VISA, MasterCard, DC, Central Finance, Kokunai Shimpan
Please provide your credit card information in one of two ways:
--In your first e-mail message to us (with your order), tell us the credit card type and the first half of the card number. Then send us a second e-mail with the remaining information: cardholder name, expiration date, and the second half of the card number.
--OR send us a fax (03-5390-8466) with all of the above information.

Except in the case of COD, we require payment in advance. If payment is not confirmed within 20 days after our confirmation e-mail is sent, the order will be canceled.
In special cases (sales campaigns, etc.), payment after delivery may apply. In these cases, we ask for payment within two weeks of the shipping date.
We stock all of the titles listed in the CD shop. However, since the number of copies is limited, a requested title may be out of stock at the time we receive your order. If this happens, the title will be canceled from the order.
If you receive a damaged item, return it to us (we'll pay the shipping charge), and we'll send you a replacement. If the item is out of stock, we'll refund the cost.
We'll exchange one item for another only if the original item is unopened (and the wrapper intact). To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please pay the shipping charge for the replacement item.
