Ordering and Payment (Outside Japan)

Ordering

To order, e-mail us at cdshop2@japanimprov.com and provide the following information:

Your name, street address, and e-mail address
The titles you want to purchase
For international orders, the method of shipment you prefer (SAL or air mail)

On receiving your order, we will send an e-mail informing you of the total cost (the price of each item plus the shipping fee, based on prices in Japanese yen). Some titles may be out of stock. Please understand that we cannot accept responsibility for lost or delayed orders.

Payment

For international orders, we recommend using PayPal. We will send a PayPal payment request (invoice) to the PayPal e-mail address that you indicate. We also accept payment by credit card (VISA or MasterCard). Please let us know if you prefer this option.

Shipping

All international orders will be shipped from Tokyo by either SAL or air mail. SAL (Surface Air Lift) is less expensive than air mail and usually takes 2 to 3 weeks. Air mail usually takes 7 to 10 days.
